Does white quartz stain

It’s rare to see a stain set in when spills and mishaps are cleaned up quickly. Keep in min however, that it is rare but not impossible to stain a quartz countertop. Related: How does quartz compare to granite? But typically, a quartz stain is white or due to bleaching of the resin.


White quartz countertops are the most vulnerable to stains from tea, food and drink. If you do a white granite, the sealer will be a benefit against stains. I did quartz countertops in a white carerra marble look and I love them. Very easy to clean…I use a tiny bit of soft scrub with water when a stain is a bit more diffcult to clean and it comes right off! It is best to use a degreaser for tougher stains on quartz. Just make sure the agent does not include bleach. Glass cleaner will also go a long way in removing grease stains.
