I used to use this clear coat paint tinting technique often with decoupage and antiquing furniture and various applications but I know you can’t really add any actual tint to the feather finish concrete mix itself and adding anything to it does effect its integrity a lot. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work on a counter the same way.
